I play a little guitar and harmonica but not nearly good enough to play before anyone except my wife. She is my captive audience. I do enjoy music, especially bluegrass. I hope you all will post a notice about any festivals that come up.
I play bass, guitar, mandolin, anything brass, anything percussion.
Prefer bluegrass and country music, but also perform 50's, pop, standards, and gospel.
I havn't tried anything but banjo. i've been playing for going on 4 years and i feel that i'm pretty decent at it. i'm no bela fleck but i can hold my own. i love festivals and thats the reason why i bought my airstream. last summer i toured the country to all sorts of different festivals. I saw about 30 airsteams last year at the Bonnaroo music fest in tennesee and hopefully i'll see em' again this year if i can get my Airstream fixed in time. CHeck this fest out, lots of great music like bluegrass, rock, jazz, and fusion. HOPE YOUR NOT TO OLD FOR IT!!

I play guitar. I jam every Thursday night at the White Fence Farm in Lakewood. I use my Globetrotter exclusively for bluegrass festivals. We have several in Colorado. There is nothin like picken and singin with a group of musician friends and non-musician friends around the campfire. Ohhhh those campfires!
My 64 Trotter is on the mend......all those festivals and campfires and sunsets are calling...
I play guitar... I have quite a little collection of instruments. in my game room I have a set of drums, guitars, bass and amps and a pa. just in case some buds drop by and want to rock.. but I play guitar.. Into southern rock, blues classic rock..louder the better.
I have 4 electric guitars, a bass, drums, pa, dulcemer, 5 string banjo,6 string banjo,1 acoustic guitar, 1 dobro, mandolin, violin, saxophone, clarinet, flute, pedal steel guitar, lap steel guitar, vintage 1910 accordian,autoharp.. I go crazy when I start to collect things.
If one airstream is good.. 3 must be better
2 pictures below of me with some band members from my favorite band. Was honered to meet them.Huge Skynyrd fan. and have met them a few more times since. I tried to join but they didnt need anyone... heck I have the long hair just in case.I was smiling so big when the pics were taken my cheeks hurt for days lol. Next pic is of my gameroom.. big amp small room.. (what was I thinking). The guy on the drums was the drummer for Taj Majal in the 70's...

Skynyrd-- what a great band. I also enjoy Southern Rock and blues. It greatly influenced the arrangements and licks I wrote for my band. We had an electric fiddle , two guitars and a harmonica playing Allman bros type lines on our hit song " Sweet Country Music". In the 70's I had a hard rock band that did a lot of southern stuff along with chicago and british blues...played college campuses and clubs around the Northeast. I now have hearing damage to remember my years in front of a marshall stack. But man was it ever fun.
