Way cool! !. Random join or invited musicians the best .... Sometimes. So Nice that you provide stage where otherwise unavailable. Must ask about limiter, compression and eq. Sorry... Sonics have always been a passion. ...perhaps another forum...

For a quick reply on that, I am more of a sound purest. Just like nature, what goes into the mic, should come out of the speakers amplified unchanged. There are few exceptions, but out in the woods, using KISS is best:
(Keep It Simple, Stupid)
If an artist wants their sound amplified any other way, they need to bring the gear to patch it in.
One exception is the girl singing in the video, she has a set of vocal cords that can distort any preamp. I have never found a perfect solution for vocalists like her. Compressor-limiters muddy the sound, so teaching them distance from the mic is the best I can do

we have been doing music jams at our Airstream rallys for many years. Players have come and gone but a few of us are consistently there year in and year out. Lots of fun for us and the listeners and dancers. It means schleppping a PA and all that but it is worth it.
Here is my latest guitar...great player

We always have instruments in the AirStream every time we camp. Usually a guitar, my wife's fiddle, a few ukuleles, and my U-Bass (and battery powered bass amp). Many of our trips are to music festivals, four in 2016 (three bluegrass, one ukulele). I'm also a bass player in a cover band where I play for free - I get paid to haul and set up equipment. We also play in church occasionally.

Steel Pedal Guitar

Anyone in our wonderful Airstream family play a Steel Pedal Guitar? I have wanted to play one for decades and it's on my bucket list. Now is the time. It's an itch deep inside of me to bond with this beautiful instrument and I am soliciting any advice, ideas on where to get started etc......

5 string, tenor, banjos, mandolin and some guitar. Would love to hook up with airstream musicians in the Northwest.
