Aaron, how did you make out with the storms yesterday and today? I saw some news footage that looked pretty disquieting.

Freakin Leakin

Well work was a great big zoo We are a national roofing contractor, and just about everybody was calling in just before the storm hit, wanting to make sure they were still on the prefered customer list We didn't have too much damage around my immediate area, but I did find another leak in the Silver Queen Somewhere in the wall forward of the door, probably one of the windows, or possibly the Satelite dish that the PO put on. Defintely going to need that Vulkem now

There's a story that's often told around here:
one day Mr.Trump's limo got a flat tire, it was pouring and his elderly chauffer was having a hard time changing the wheel. A young gentleman stopped and not knowing who was inside did the job. Apparently when he woke up the next day his mortgage had been mysteriously paid off!

We'd be happy if the AS mortgage were paid...heard that Santa?!!

Your "rain" story has a familiar ring to another story about..
A little old lady, standing in the rain beside her broken down car.
Somewhere deep in Alabama..
I don't remember it word for word but, it turned out that the lady was picked up and, she later gave her speech about the incident..
It turns out that, she was none other than,
Mrs Martin L. King.
Maybe you've seen it?

If I can find it again, I'll pm it to you..

ciao

Hart,
I wouldn't be so sure about that! I pay the mortgage every month but instead of going to the bank, it is going to Inland Andy, and others like him

The version I heard was the lady's husband was dying, and she was given a ride to town, and was able to be by her husband's side when he passed away. The young man that helped got a console TV for his trouble. & the version I heard was a singer or other entertainer.
Urban legends are fun...
