This is an easy one for me - and the answer is - longevity - we bought it for the long term - and - for the most part - recognizing that annual maintenance is a broad term - it is living up to its expectations .....

Those windows. Love the front panoramic window - it sold us on the Argosy, and it's vital in our Safari. We're also suckers for vista view windows - have two of those on the Safari. (Of course, all of this requires vigilance against leaks, but whatever.)
Little clever features, like the bin behind the lounge (perfect for DW's yarn) and the shoe storage cutout next to the door.
I also love that it tows so amazingly well. It's an overused cliche, but it's like it's on rails. We didn't even see a fuel economy drop for the 5000 lb 23-footer vs. the 3000-lb Argosy.

Although I'm still waiting for mine to be built, my favorite feature by far are all of the windows. Between the pano window in front, the three vista view windows, and all the other windows throughout are what love about the 28 International.
I know a lot of people in the RV world think that slides are wonderful, I feel a functional floor plan and lots of windows can give a great feeling of space.

I like the Jackknife sofas in mine (one on the front wall and another on the street side). Separate Dinette, and I agree with the bedroom "suite" in the back. It is nice to have the separation. I actually have a 6' wide closet in the hall that separates the kitchen area and bedroom. good storage space!

This may sound a bit simple, but I like the orange bedspread that came with the unit. It is warm and well made. The pop of orange is bright and cheerful.

For me, it's the curves. They tell me I'm not in a house and I'm not in a tent. I'm in a special Hobbit hole of a sanctuary and when I open the door, some wonderful scene will greet me.
As a renovator of a vintage unit, I'll admit that they are a bit tricky when it comes to fitting woodwork. But that's also part of the charm - it's always an interesting challenge to get maximum storage within the sleek wood and aluminum design constraints.

let there be light...
Having a center-bath Argosy, I say it has to be the panoramic wrap windows fore and aft.
Gives her a very picturesque rear end, no?!

Depends how hard it's raining, had a few rainstorms last summer where it rained so hard I couldn't hear the A/C with the fan on high. That was not relaxing, even if you ignored the 1 1/2" deep 60' wide river that was suddenly running through the campsite.
