Airstream Life Magazine Question

We subscribed to Airstream Life in January. Should I be concerned that we have not yet received it? Or was the timing of the subscription such that I should anticipate delivery very soon?

They have a great web site and are quick to answer questions. They also list their number inside the magizine in the first few pages, give them a call. Rich has always been helpful and very quick to respond. They are still a small operation with a very captive list of subscribers that they respond to well. I'm sure this mixup will be cleared up in your favor soon.

It could very well be timing. It is not a monthly magizine so if you sign up just after a mailing it would be a few months before you get one in the mail.

I signed up a month ago and haven't received a issue/email either. Subject to bad economy?

I signed up late Jan/early Feb and haven't seen anything either. According to their website, the Spring issue comes out in February and the Summer issue comes out in May. I suppose we're all the victims of bad timing. Looking for my first copy next month.

Amazon fulfilled the subscription, but they told me recently that it would be 12-16 weeks until I get a magazine. Really?

In my experience that is normal using a third party for magazine subscriptions. I subscribed directly with Airstream Life in late January. I received my first issue within two weeks. So perfect timing for me. My only conplaint with Airstream Life is that it is not monthly.

So what did Airstream Life say when you all contacted them about this?

Each issue does not really have a month, It looks like by the seasons, so I have one issue that says 'fall issue' Maybe that is the deal. But yeah - call em or write. Tell them they have crossed the 'T's' and might have forgot to dot an 'I'.lol

We sent them a check directly three weeks ago. Got our first issue last week.
I'd call them directly.

I thought it was free for a year with the purchase of a new Airstream.

Weird; I subscribed about the same time, and not only got the latest issue, but the previous one as well.

I mailed a check in early April and my first issue arrived last week. It was nice re-connecting with the publication after a years hiatus.

I emailed them last night and got a call first thing this morning. The are just sending out the spring issue now. If you have received a magazine, or if you don't get one by the end of this week, definitely give them a call/email.

Our Mistake

As it turns out, it was our mistake.

But the gentleman I spoke to about the subscription is very nice and very helpful. I took advantage of the opportunity to go ahead and subscribe for two years and to also get quick delivery of the current issue. I'm looking forward to reading it as I've heard all good things about it.

Thanks to all for the input.
