Ouch!!! When the 76 was parked an hour away, I found that it was TOO far away to get motivated to work on it. Sounds like it's time to move....

Well, heck John! Why don't you just get started for us then? Tell ya what -get the body off that nasty frame, drop the belly pan, get all that moldy insulation out... and I'll be up next weekend to take the frame for powdercoating.

See you then?

Really- you should make a poster quality picure of the new american gothic and sell it at rallies- I'd love one! And what's this about a flamingo garage sale, Tin Can Luv? Do we get a preview of things on sale? I'm sure Jim wouldnt mind holding things at his restaurant until the next family trip! He'd probably roll his eyes at his aunt's gauche taste- he just doesnt understand the FUN of it! I love your couple! silver suz

Have you considered submitting it to Airstream for the picture of the month? Airstream's monthly contest needs a breath of fresh air.

Hey Charlie. Nope, hadn't submitted it to the mother ship - not a bad idea though! But I will say, keep an eye out for similar images like this one in the near future.

Thanks, Suz! I may just have to do that. Word has it that they may be available to purchase at the Tin Can Luv garage sale, but not for sure. If not, I'll soon have prints available on my site, www.airstreamlove.com.

Thanks, Tin Can!
Once Airstream Life became interested, it all came together very quickly. The ideas for other paintings are virtually endless, so there are lots more on the way - stay tuned.

Bug Store

I printed out the Tshirt designs and brought them down to the bug store. When the big boss comes back into town Friday, we're going to push him to buy some t shirts, and prints to sell at the House tour.

Everyone was really thrilled with them. Prices aren't bad either. Tony said that you should have a 'wrecked' airstream behind "the screamer" (or whatever that one is called.....)

Keep em comin'!!!!

I'll let ya know what Ken decides....

Cool! My printer couldn't make a good enough print anyway. I'll be glad to pick up a few of those when I have a chance. I think they are just too funny. The Mona Lisa with a CCD in the background - brilliant!

I had to go back and look...

Completely missed the CCD in the back ground.

I have to say, and this will come off as a sin to some, but at the store, we discussed not purchasing that one in Tshirts, because many people won't know what the WBCCI is, and I for one, may never join, so, I would LOVE to have the NON-WBCCI VERSION of some of those prints....

What'ya think....

Ron
