Airstream brand recognition
I am amazed at the brand recognition.
If I was to mention I had a "Cougar" ,"Montana", "Itasca", etc. travel trailer, people don't know what you're talking about.
But, I am amazed at the people who have no connection to RV's, who recognize the Airstream name.
Our grandson had a DVD from the library in which he pointed out the Airstreams.
He is 5+ yrs old but is ready for a trip!
Shoulda bought stock when it was in the toilet!!!
Instead, we'll enjoy the Airstream, and not suffer the extreme depreciation of the "white boxes" because the product and brand will hold it's value.
At the end of the day, it's quality that counts, and people vote with their dollars.
