Frank Bates did the same thing (that might even be a photo of his 'art') along I-4 outside of Tampa near his Airstream dealership several years ago. Since he sold the business, Not sure if they are still there.

Yes, as of a month ago the Airstreams, originally put there by Mr. Bates, are still located on Rte 4 just west of exit 8

If they were coming out instead of going in they would remind me of Bugs Bunny having made a wrong turn in Albq.
