AIRHENGE- Tribute to the 34 foot Airstream towards Stonehenge

Known as "sarsens" at Stonehenge, the up to 30 foot tall stones were transported onto the Salisbury Plains and set upright as memorials to human achievement.

Today, the esteemed 34 foot Airstream can be rolled onto the Plains of Ohio, set upright with 16 foot Bambi's to cap and stabilize the most massive of Airstreams production line to this date.

Set to the seasons, with an accuracy not possible 4,000 years ago. Within minutes of accuracy of a Solar Calendar and the Atomic Clock.

A fitting tribute to man's fortitude of producing a trailer, so long, so massive, that thousands of years from now, the site will be discussed for future generations as the ancestor of the 50 foot Airstreams produced in the mid 21st century at Jackson Center, Ohio. Not to be outdone, the two story Winnebago was engineered by the same corporation, but decided that 60 feet was enough.

This spot will also be known, worldwide, as the largest deposit of the rare metal Aluminum in its purest state and the last trailers made in the USA not of plastic compounds.

The attraction would be second only to Carhenge of Cadillacs in Nebraska. Also a salute to the ingenuity of sales staff and the rapid demise of the Cadillac. From a home on wheels to a small compact electric go cart for Urban travel.

AIRHENGE in its shining glory

For those 34 foot Airstreams that cannot be fitted into the Airhenge Ring of Aluminum, Jackson Center, Ohio Project, there will be a waiting list of Airforum members wanting to upgrade their smaller Airstreams for these excess donations and adopt a "34 but not an inch more".

But, before these unfortunate individuals who want to exceed their tow vehicle's capacity and towing abilities, they must contribute sound ideas that can be engineered along with their discarded 16 to 30 foot Airstreams, that are already obsolete to most Forum Members.

In 500 words or less, please enter your pleas and arguments for uses for these smaller Airstreams and why you are so special to deserve a 34, not an inch more program. No. A MiniAirHenge is not suggested a this time.

There will be a help line established to take these mini-Airstreams off of your hands, reconditioned to "34 Not An Inch More" by Airstream Rehab Members. The ARM are experienced in converting YOUR obsolete into 'solete trailers for their personal use and thank you for providing a trailer for their family.
