Looks good,
I bet the tub adds a ton of weight in the rear corner.
How is it mounted the floor?
Too heavy....

:-) Im not sure youd HAVE to mount it...its weight alone might hold it in place!!

We installed a new tub like this in our home and the dry weight, without plumbing fixtures was 450 lbs. Most clawfoot tubs do have holes in the claw feet that can be bolted down, but when you figure that tub requires close to 50 gallons for a decent bath... Put that together with a person and you're looking close to a 1000 lbs if my math is correct.
and off center at that.

Yes I saw that one also. The tub, althought unique, is a deal killer for me, plus the fact it is all electric (no propane), which makes it a park model. Then, there's the paint....and a weird two tone application at that.
Me thinks there's been too much wacky tabaky in that thing for my tastes.

It might also be missing the toilet. The sink in the rear appears to be where the toilet used to be. The water tank might also be missing since the seller lists the water capacity at none. Lots of issues, but a unique trailer. The pictures are also a few years old since the seller says that the awning has not been opened in the last two years.

I have only one word to describe trailers like that-- "FrankenTrailer."
It's an interesting look, but someone should remove the wheels so the rest of us will stay a little safer on the roads.

WOW! You just have to wonder if the hot water tank is up to filling that huge tub.

Fiberglass?
There are fiberglass replica claw foot tubs - but this one looks like an original. It is also a shortie - I had one in my old house that the Atlantic Fleet could have held maneuvers in! This one is possibly as short as 3.5 or 4 feet - but still weighs a lot.
Between the paint and the tub - wonder about the quality of the rehab.

Since the trailer has had the propane removed, the water heater has most likely been replaced with a household model.
