Rivet 5000 Posts!

Terry (overlander63) had 4992 posts yesterday at this time -- now he's vaulted right past the 5000 mark without looking back. He is the second member of the 5000 club at Airstream Forums and I'd like to offer well deserved congratulations.

How many rivets would that be? Woo-hoo Terry!

Makes me wonder

How many rivets does the average airstream have, does he have more post than that many rivets?

More to the point, the quality of his post add to the forums far more than the quantity

Congrats and thanks!

Thanks, guys. Shari (insideout) is right behind me, currrently at over 4800 posts, so there will soon be a third member of the 5000 club.
I am currently on the 12 step program from the Get-A-Life Foundation.

Never counted but I would suspect somewhere in the 8-10k range. I do know for a fact that a Vista View on my trailer has 57 rivets in it...I put everyone of them in there...TWICE

Gosh Terry, how do you find time to use your Airstream - unless you are planted in it as you read the forums. Congratulations on adding a signficant amount of value to the forum.

Yeah, but you've been a member since 6/24/03 and I've been around an extra 16 months, since 2/25/02. So I have a lot of catching up to do!

Isn't denial one of the signs you truly have a problem...? Yikes!

Based on Andy R's guidlines, Terry got his eighth rivet when he crossed over the 4000 post mark. While that in itself is quite the accomplishment, don't tell him but he's got 2989 more posts to go before getting his ninth rivet.

Congratulations Terry! I have thoroughly enjoyed reading what you have say on these forums - Airstream AND 454 cid advice; I can't imagine a better forum to visit.

No, I joined up at that time as Argosy20, and switched aliases when we got our Overlander from RichardT about a year and a half ago.
Shari, maybe you can start the twelve step program too!

Yeah, I don't think a simple name change will change your "Join Date"...if you combine UserID's, it may be effected.
