1997 Norman Rockwell Edition

I have a 1997 34 ft Norman Rockwell Trailer. Can anyone give me more information on this limited model? It draws many comments and I would like to be able to answer the questions.

I'm planning to go look at a 1997 Norman Rockwell, not yet purchased. Any info on what to look for from current or past owners would be appreciated.
I have heard of problems with an instant on type of water heater, but nothing
else. I am having a pre-purchase inspection done before I travel to see it. The
online pictures look good and it has new tires. I'm not sure what N.R. memorabilia is included, but the upholstery is all intact and the Rockwell
picture on the outside looks OK on a photo, no cracks seen. Any comments?
