Wiring Inside Steering Column

On a 2002 Airstream Motorhome (gas) with Workhorse chassis, how do I go about accessing the wires inside the steering column?

It depends on which wires, some run outside the column proper, and some, usually the turn signal and horn wires, run inside the column.
