Want a 28' with rear bedroom?

The rare shorter rear bedroom model is available on Ebay right now.. These are not the easiest to find...looks like a refresh on the interior would make it a nice coach. Unless you like the 70's style fabric, then leave it as is.

This coach is really an example of original equipment. I will be interested in watching the bidding to see how high it goes, my guess is under $10,000. Too bad it is not a diesel then it would be perfect. I noticed that even the Nu-tone food center was looked like it was all there.

The final price was $10,500. A good price for this coach. Hopefully the new owner will become a member of the forums and we can watch they do to it.

Too cheap! But it is winter, when prices are lowest. It looked ike a nice coach, and the interioir photos showed usable although dated upholstery.
The 310 on Ebay right now in Houston looks good too, low miles and lots of features.

I considered bidding on this motorhome, so called the dealer. There were some mechanical issues, I only got a vague discription of "needs exhaust manifold work". The distance from home and the possibility of a mechanical "surprise" discouraged me. I think I would like to switch from a trailer to a motorhome, this just wasn't the one.

Musketeer,
Welcome to the forums

There is a thread on here about volunteer inspectors Called So You want to buy a trailer 3 states away Kind of long but you should be able to find someone to go and check it out for you. I have personally looked at 3 or 4 for forum members and at least one went to a happy new owner in CO. The MoHo was in SC at the time.

This one is back on Ebay. Buyer must have gotten there and found out it needs a lot of work and rejected it. Appears to me like it has been sitting unused for awhile from the accumulated rust. Tires probably all need replacing along with most of the mechanicals. I would certainly be wary of a long trip home in it. $10,000 might be to much! Might be worthly of consideration for a total rebuild with a low enough purchase price.
