Value of 1986 Airstream MH 345

We are looking to buy an Airstream. We have located a 1986 MH 345 with 82,000 miles, new tires, window treatments and transmission. Could you tell us what you think we should pay for it? What is the average mileage for these MH? It would need detail work on the outside.
Thank you for your help.

This question is too hard to get a simple answer. There is the chassis drive train truck part of your 345, and the Airstream / systems/ interior etc part. So many factors that add into the true value.
I would look at all the online RV selling sites I could find, search deep for similiar units and compare the presented condition to get a range. Then make an offer based on that.
The AS Classic motorhome market has been down due obviously to gas costs, but they are still valuable, attractive and fun to own once you get past some common issues.
Be sure to also read up the threads posted here on these.

refer to this inspection list of things to look for in a classic motorhome

this unit is priced as a down payment. expect to sink the same again to bring it up to scratch, possibly more!
