Update on Problems Problems
Hi! Thanks for all of the input on the problem I had in Dallas. Yesterday we had the 345 towed to Chuck Fairbanks Chevy in Desoto and dropped it at the front gate. I called them at 8am this morn and informed them of the problem and apologized for leaving it at their front door. Today is Labor day and the service center/shop was closed. At 10:30 I received a phone call from them and was told that my AS was ready to be picked up at my convience. Long story short they had called their fleet manager...told him of my problem and he came in on his time and repaired the AS. Total bill .....none for the dealership only a gratituity for John Hassleback the fleet manager. I was stunned and speechless! These people have a customer for life even if they are 2 hours from my home.
