Total number of 360 Diesel Pushers made

I was inspired by the 370 story, and decided to ask airstream about the total number of 360's made. I received a generic email stating they do not keep records... I then sent the pages of the letter regarding the 370 to airstream and asked them to verify, since they obviously do have records.

They responded with a total of 27 Airstream 360 Diesel pushers made.

Great find! Thanks for the research and determination to get a number. I always heard that it was low (12-15 per year) but that is even lower.

I find it hard to believe any company would be able to manufacture and sell titled vehicles for use on the road with VINs and not keep accurate records. It has to be some company policy to evade disclosure for some reason.

I got a number of 50 Spartan EC2000s sold to AS.

Correct, the other 23 were used for 36' diesel pusher land yachts.

I was at Jackson Center last summer and was told that only 15 LY widebody diesel pushers were built in the 1997 model year. Mine has two serial numbers, one from Airstream and other from Freightliner.
