Taillights For Toad On Dolly

I have purchased a car dolly and made ramp extenders to get our Mazda to fit. The dolly has taillights and Chummy's taillights are visible. Do I need to add lights to the Mazda as in a light bar? Can a wiring harness be bought or made to hook the car's tail, turn, and brake lights to Chummy's five pin plug? If so do I then need the trailer's lights or would I have to splice into the wire so each would have lights? Does anyone else use a car dolly and can pass along some tips?

separate wiring for me...

I went with separate lights for the toad...I wasn't absolutely sure if double wiring the existing lights on our VW bus would cause a problem w/ the bus wiring...kinda hard to find voltage rectifier and other parts when you get to someof the small palaces we camp.

I wish I knew for sure that it wouldn't damage something. I'd rather use the original taillights & turn signals on the back of the bus (toad). I mounted two 4" round lights separtely and mounted to the bumper. I have the separate wiring running all the way to the front of the bus and along the tow bar to just plug in the back of the MH or whatever I might be towing the bus w/ when needed.
