No pictures yet since it is a little cold outside but we bit the bullet and now have a car dolly that tows my wife's Mazda. Could not resist buying a complete, perfect condition dolly for $500.00. A local hitch shop beefed up the receiver so the weight will be OK. Chummy pulls the car like there is nothing there. I felt no strain uphill, down hill or accelerating. We have yet to take a long trip but plan one over New Years.

I'm currently rigging up my '64 Corvair monza 110/4 to tow behind the 250. This is mainly just to go to Corvair functions but you never know!

Toad upgrade-----what system do you use?

We have been towing our VW thing with a stock bug bar. We are going to retire the THING to our house in Mexico and bought a Mini Cooper S with JCW kit------oh my, lots of fun. We are going to upgrade our hitch capacity and were wondering what system people use who tow 4 down?? Blue Ox or ?? We have a brake buddy that we use with the THING.

What an awesome car! Congrats! I remember an autocrossing friend buying one when they first came out and his quote was, "It hangs more than I want to hang," meaning the car performed better than he was ready for!

I bet you could strap one of these to a bumper.
