So you want to Market Your M.H. ? Staging

Dirty throw rugs and ( stuff ) all over the interior can turn potential buyers away. and It can indicate how the coach was cared for. Maintained.

Pictures SELL, LOTS of GOOD Pictures sell even faster.

there are several coaches listed right now with NO, Or few Pictures. and NO location. or contact information.

So If one is Serious about Marketing, selling a M.H. or vehicle of any Kind. Put the House in order and do some Proper staging of the Unit.

Just some words of advice.

John

I'm with you, John. When we bought our LYG, the posting had about 80 photos. Fortunately, when we took delivery, it looked exactly like the photos. What a beauty!

Yes, Frank & sue Provided Lots of excellent Pictures, well Staged.

No personal Nick-Nacks, dish towels, trash cans, unmade beds to distract the potential buyer either.
and they sold well.

I spent close to 40-hrs just cleaning an already clean trailer. And then we fixed it up some for photos (a few in the sig link below). Studying and replicating some original sales brochure photographs is also recommended. Took hundreds, used about 70. CLASPICS is what I use at present for Craigslist. (Keeping the interior air fresh and de-humidified is also good, IMO).
