Resealing Roof on MH

Any one resealed their roof on the Land Yachts?

If so, what was the process and what products did you use?

What was the result?

How much did it cost?

Effort involved?

Roof Patching

Ken;
No one seems to want to respond to your query!

For "soft areas" where you suspect leakage or a low area where water puddles and will not run off the roof, I have used Kool Seal white acrylic Patching Cement. It comes out like mayonnaise and can be putty-knifed on the roof reasonably thick. It is self leveling as it dries so that brush strokes level out.

For general resurfacing I used Kool Seal white Elastomeric Roof Coating. It is more like paint and is applied with a brush in the usual manner.

Both of these products are available at Lowes/Home Depot. Wait until it warms up to apply and scrub clean the roof and allow to dry before application. They cost about $10.
Let me know how you make out.
