need advice - leaking Argosy moho

I recently purchased a 1974 26' argosy motor home. After I tore up the
carpet I noticed there is a leak where the floor meets the side wall under
the two windows by the dinette table. Do you think this leak comes
from the window itself or outside above the window where the window
frame meets the skin of the rv? What do i use to seal this area?

Also, I noticed the three vents on the kitchen/bath side have no caps on
them and are stuffed with screening but no cover. Is this ok since it runs
into the drain to the gray/black tanks?

What do you recommend I use to seal around the ac on the roof and tv
antenna, etc.

Still can't figure why my interior lights, fans, etc. only works when the
ignition is turned on? Thanks

Hello Don, I have a 77 argosy moho and had a leak in the same place. It was the hot water tank .look under the rear seat in the seat box. the water leak was against the wall making it look like a window leak..

Sounds like a nice project you have there.
Have you looked at Vintage Trailer supply . com?
Vulkem works about the best.

Is the leak from the antenna coming from the shaft thru the roof, may be an O-Ring that needs to be replaced. Not a fun task. May need to seal around the base of the antenna. Check this link out for a leak similar to yours

Can you post pics of your vents, sounds like you should look into replacing them.

Interior lights? Do you have 2 batteries? I have a switch that transfers the power from the RV battery to the ignition, not a good thing if you want to maintain a full charge. Do you have power to the DC lights when you are plugged into shore power?
