Question Need a little help please

I have a '92 AS 36' LY I have used this alot this year, with no issues. However, now that it has sat a month, my air compressor does not work?, and of course, no air horn. But regular horn doesn't work either. I have checked the under dash fuse, it is good. The LY is inside, with the rear jacks fully extended, because I pulled the fuel tank for new pump. THAT was fun....Anyway, I have a manual that says there are 3 different fuse blocks, and a breaker block. 1, under dash, all fuses are good. 2nd one directly behind the doghouse, all fuses are fine. Does anyone know where the 3rd fuse block is, or the breaker block? I read that its behund the battery tray, well, NOT in this case. The LY is a P-30 chassis, 454 gas. I have "jumped" the soloniod mounted to the compressor, and clicks like its pulling in, but compressor does run. Things are tight, and I am pretty handy guy, but my wife is losing faith as we have to leave for Washington DC in 2 days....THANK YOU in advance, for any advice, insight, answers, or anything else!!

If you jumper directly to the compressor and it did not run I would assume the compressor is frozen. Try tapping it with a plastic or light hammer while power is applied directly to it. With luck it will turn.

If it starts look for a place to oil it. Mine has a small hole and filter to accept the oil.
