Mini starter for General Motors 454 engine

I would like to know if anyone ever used or had experience with a mini starter for General Motors 454 engine, if so, how is the space from the exhaust manifold to the starter. Is there any suggestions on any kind I could use?

You might take a look at some of the racing suppliers like Jegs or Summit. They should have what you are looking for.

I use one out of the newer gms. I think about 97 and up. Its very small and light and works great. In Canada you can buy them new from the jobbers for around $200.
