Installing screen door

I am trying to install a new (used but new to me) screen door. The screen door is from a 78 Argosy and according to all my measurements should work (let me know if I'm wrong). The AS didn't come with a screen door, it was removed by one of the PO. One of the hinges for the screen door is in good shape the other one is broken and needs to be replaced. The question is how do I get the pin out of the hinge for the door so I can remove the hinge for the screen door? Once I remove this pin can it be reused or do I need a new one?

Thanks,
Brian

Brian,

The hinges I have seen form Airstream come with all three pieces already attached. Inner and outer hinge for the door and the intermediate hinge for the screen.

I do not know if driving out the pin and replacing it is the best route to go as the aluminum will likely expand when you do this and the pin may not be able to be driven back in to a fully seated position. Making the door loose on the hinges

The hinges themselves are a standard item from what I have seen, but I do not have an exact cost. There is a difference between the upper and lower ones. I also know the hinges are the same ones whether you are talking classic MH or trailer. They are just reversed. on a MH the one that is marked L goes on top.

My service manual has directions for removing the screen door and it says to drill out the rivets, not the pins.
