Anyone now where I can get the fake nuts and center piece for original hub caps?

Success! Looks like the OEM cover is wheel Master or it sure matches it. http://www.wheelmasters.com/products/wmcovers.html

You got it, those parts are easily found, I got my lug nut covers from a local rv dealer. What I can't find is one (only) rear dually simulator cover. Sure don't want a set of 4, as i trashed one a bit.
