Help! Dash Air/Blower and Rear Monitor both quit

I have a 2003 30' LY (Gas). I had the dash air on and the rear monitor on, stopped for a gas fillup, turned off the ignition and heard a loud tone beep. Never gave it another thought at the time.

After fillup,I cranked it up and drove away but no air and the monitor is off. No dash blower on either speed and no monitor. I can't locate a dedicated fuse/CB for the dash blower fan or monitor.

Any suggestions on where I should start looking to correct this very uusual condition. By the way, the doors are working off vacuum. I appreciate any help.

Perhaps someone has a schematic I can get a copy of. Again it's registered as a 2003 but the label on the dash states it was mfg. April 2002. Thanks.
