I don't worry too much about over inflation. Tires are usually spec'd at "cold inflation pressure." They know they are going to heat up and I'm sure they are heavily tested in the desert heat. I have seen a 15 psi. increase on a hot day. Decrease in pressure is another issue. I have monitor alarm set at a 5 psi. drop in pressure.
