Unhappy Coil Spring for 250CL

Hello,

I have an Airstream 250 CL 25 foot

Front axle weight is 4804.85 lbs

Vin: 1GBJP37J3M....

1 Ton Forward Control Chassis

Year of built 1991

With a heavy 6.2L Diesel engine

My problem:

A bad front end sag and weak front springs.

The air-bags are working perfect but they have not enough power to give me

the right front end height back.

Means I need minimum 2" lift.

Please give me your meaning,

Company Hendeson (Supersteer) recommend SS255
and Coil Spring Specialties recomend GP-Silver
Please give me your recommendation

Klaus from Germany

Hi Klaus, I have a '92 30' with a gas engine and the previous owner installed the Supersteer springs without airbags. Ride height is excellent but be sure to install heavy shocks (Bilstein) if you leave the airbags out.
