Buying a 1999 Class A 30' Land Yacht

Need help on what to look for , it has 65000 miles and looks great inside and out, she wants 12k for it, but looks can be deceiving. Any help would be appreciated . Thank you

May be good.. I paid more for a 34' 1999 Excella...and I am pretty sure it had over 65000...

Any pics.. additional info? Motor? Tranny? Tire condition? All systems functional?

Are you saying great because you have seen it or seen pictures of it?

12k+tires2k+brakes1k+motor1k(tune+manifold gaskets)+?1K=17k and it is still less than it should be selling for. Most I've seen +/- yr are 20k plus.
Try blue booking it with the std options, awnings, jacks, ladder and any other upgrades added.

I would have all systems up and running i.e. frig on gas, hot water heater filled and running, furnace up and unit warm, generator fired up, make sure all works as it should or be aware of what doesn't function so you have an idea of what you will have to spend. Take unit out for a test drive have owner with you to ask questions as they come up. Any used unit is a crap shoot and some times you win some times you don't but due diligence is your job, and the only way is to really to test drive unit and all systems. Good luck Ron

Price sounds low to me but Ron has great advice for you. I can only add that inspection by a good truck or Rv mechanic would be beneficial.
