Back-up camera cable install

We recently purchased a 1986 345. The first thing I had done was having the back-up camera system replaced. The guys doing the work just ran the new cable over the roof, and down through the fridge bay. I want to route the cable the way the original one was routed. How do I get into the rear area over the back window?
P.S. I love this forum!
Thanks, Rob

Update

Saturday I got to work on the cable problem. In the cabinet over the rear window, I used a Uni-bit to drill a series of holes in the upper portion. This gave me a 4"x 3" opening in the top of the storage bay. I could then get access to the original cable. I got up on the roof and cut the new cable, then routed it through the skin where the original went through. I then spliced into the original cable using 4 of the 14 wires in the original. The wire for the Video output was sheilded in both the new and old. I then did the same splice up front, and everything worked perfect. All there is left to do is make a small patch to cover the access hole in the top of the storage bay, and take the rest of the roof mounted cable off.
I can post some pictures if anyone is interested.
Rob
