Apache Junction, AZ -- need help

Help...I need a Argosy MH inspector to inspect a MH in Apache Junction, AZ at 1130 S. Lawson Dr..... I mainly would like to know if there is even a motorhome located at this address. I think I just might be a victum of ebay fruad. I bought this MH and for a few days I would get many emails from this guy....but now he's not answering phone messages or email. I just want to see if there is even a MH at this address. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks much

Thanks so much for all of your concern.... this forum is something else. Even if I've been snookered out of this MH....this forum tells me I got to get another Argosy someplace....cause of the great people here.
Special THANKS to you Terry for doing that for me. I've left a PM for you.
Big Hug to all of you
Charles

I'll check back to see if n7bdl can help. I'm in Tempe which is pretty close. I'm not an inspector but could do a drive by if that would help.

Thanks

I just drove by. The MH is there and I can inspect it later if the OP wants. I'm only 1.9 miles from the MH.

Thanks

Please let us all know how this turns out. Perhaps the seller is just gone for a few days and didn't think to let anyone know. At least there is a MH there, so if you have sent money you can contact the authorities if you can't reach the seller soon. EVERYONE DESERVES AN ARGOSY

From the arial photo of msn's maps, it looks like there's something under the awning just can't tell what it is. Also, don't know how long ago this picture was taken. Best of luck.

I don't think any of those mapping programs are dead accurate...I used Google Earth and it showed a vacant lot 'Course plug in my address and it shows my road about a quarter mile further north than it really is

Well....I'm happy to say that finally I recieved a responds....actually it was more like a chewing out because I didn't trust them. I don't know what they would expect me to do when they give me 4 dif ways to contact them and then they won't answer any of them. They simply said "Pastor John hasn't had a vacation in months so he went on vacation". As I told them....would have prevented a lot of stress if they had told me that up front.
So it looks like it's a go for me picking the RV up on the 22nd. I'll keep you posted on how the trip goes.
Almost forgot.... I did learn one thing I want to pass on...if you make a major purchase on EBAY....you can't count on them for ANYTHING if you happen to get taken. One thing they offered me was the use of a mediator if I would pay them $100

Thanks for listening to my Woes....LOL

Glad its working out for you. I guess pastoring means you need a vacation every couple of months, who knew it was that stressful? Chaplain Kent, you listening?

Something still smells.... hope it's just the dog at my feet. It's gonna' be a long week I bet. Are you taking a lap top with you? This is worthy of continued posting as the story unfolds. We're with you, if only in spirit.
Terry, are you gonna help this young fellow with his inspection?

Would love to, but we're loading up tomorrow and leaving for Quartzsite Wed morning to meet some friends at a rally. Our original plan has us returning the 24th or 25th, but that could change either way. There's another Airstreamer here that is willing to help.

I went through Quartzsite on Sunday night on the way home from 29 Palms. It is wall to wall RVs right now...

Yes I hate to admit it but something still smells to me too. I was told Sunday that I should get the title by Tuesday on Wed at latest. Well this is Tuesday....still no title....maybe tomorrow.
No I will not have a lap top with me but I do plan to keep a running acount of the experience....I will keep you posted. Yes it will be a long week...one thing of concern now is the weather.....I guess parts of Texas and Oklahoma has been having freezing rain and snow. News this morning said the locals believe it will be the end of the week before they thaw out....and then they are expecting more weather over week end. Maybe all I will get accomplished is putting the RV into storage out there.
Thanks Glenn for calling me a "young fellow". I'm 65 but I've always said your only as old as you allow yourself to be. I think maybe I'm 45...46 tops....LOL
All you RVers have a great day

Hey tn2 we're having an AZ cold spell. Almost like real winter. Highs in the 50s today. Should be 60s later in the week.
