I agree it's an Airstream that someone added on the woody paneling. The ID tag is usually located forward of the door and under the window which would put it under the paneling.

How about some interior shots?

It belongs to the person who started this thread. They are going to have it renovated to use for promoting their company (see link below). I've heard that The Polishing Guru in Riverside, CA has been chosen for the reno.
