Airstream B Van

Has anyone seen or heard about these yet? The new 2004 models should be coming out soon, but nothing about them on Airstream's website (even though the van's have "airstream.com" on the rear).

I found these pics on Colonial Airstream's website:

22 MPG

There was an article about an SOB building on this Sprinter Van in last months MH Magazine. Apparently the mercedes diesel gets 22 mpg! Looked like pretty tight quarters. The AS Interiors is a lot nicer than the SOB I saw. I think a number of mfgs are coming out with B's on this van.

Looks great

The B van needed to be brought back!

I had eard that this was coming 6-8 months ago, but had not heard or seen anything yet. I was wondering how they were going to do it since thecodition of using the Sprinter van was that the exterior had to retain it's original shape and coud not have a "cap" added.

Any idea on price?

B Van

Hi Brett

Airstream had the new van at the International Rally in Vermont earlier this summer. I don't remember the exact price, but I remember that it was out of sight. Also, they were getting more mpg than they had anticipated.

It's Official!

The new Airstream "Interstate" is now on their website! MSRP is still "TBA".

New Airstream Interstate Sprinter B-Van

Exciting news. I Updated all the details of the New Airstream Interstate on theColonial Airstream website based out of New Jersey. I went into a little more detail then Airstream did and I hope it will help you all decide on what options you want when you order an Interstate from an Airstream Dealership.

Thank you,

PB
