Wiring issue.
What are you using to provide power to the coach?
If it is a standard household receptacle plug your tester in there and see what you get.
If you are plugged in to a 30 amp receptacle you will need a 30 amp to 15 amp adaptor to perform the test.
You can remove the power to the coach and check the distribution panel. All black wires should be connected to circuit breakers; all white wires should be connected to the neutral buss.
This includes the wires of the shore power cable.

One thing to keep in mind on motorhomes and trailers. The neutral and ground wires should never be connected together EXCEPT at the generator. When connected to shore power the only ground connection is at the shore power entrance panel, where ever that might be located.

When running from generator the generator will tie the neutral to ground.

I don't know about others, but the Honda 2000i keeps the ground and neutral isolated. This causes some surge protectors and/or transfer switches to fail to pass the power. The solution is simple, a plug with neutral and ground connected and plugged into the other outlet on the generator.

Hi

First thing to check is the wiring on the 30A socket in the shop. Next thing to check is the wiring of the shore power cable. Once both are "known good" start digging into the trailer. The quickest way to check both is with a multimeter. The "hot" wire will read 110V to ground.

Well, at the very least you do know who to yell at for that error [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]

And he'll have to listen...

Seriously, it's always a good idea to check stuff like this. I've had so-called professionals make similar errors...
