345 hinge pin

45I need to remove the entry door on my 345 in order to repair the screen door hinges.PROBLEM....the top hinge has a pin that is accessable from the botom of the hinge. The bottom hinge pin does not go all the way thru and so I do not have a means to drive the pin up and out. jAny suggestions with this would be appreciated.
Thanks, Pete

Had to do this on mine...I tried everything and did not want to drill, but had to in the end.
I drilled the closed end of the hinge much smaller than the pin size, and drove them out.
Both of mine had to go up.
One just tapped out, the other required extra words... I even called it a Democrate at one point.

I knew that was an option but tried to ignore it! What did you do the the screen door hinges to tighten them up? When I open it the thing drops down because the hinges are wallered...(a Texas term meaning expanded from use)
out.

I don't think I've ever had to call something anything approaching that...

Does the screen door drop down, or does it sag a bit sideways from wear? For the sagging, you probably could distort the hinge a bit to get it back where it needs to be. Dropping straight down would probably mean you'll have to drive the pins out and install a washer or shim at the bottom of the screen door hinges.

10-4 on the distort for screen door, did that too, I also had a dropping main door that was not easy to close, had to kinda lift as you swung it shut.
I put brass washers under lower hinge, now can just push and walk away
