Question 1988 325 motor home sliding windows

Looking for imformation on how to change out the seals due to old one dry cracked and you can see light. Ordered new ones from airstream but no instructions. Need to pull out the old and put in the new. Does anyone know if you need a glue of some type to put the new seal in and do I have to take out the window and how hard is it to take out a windown. Any advice appreciated
