Closet in '62 Bambi - Door? Curtain? Open?

Hi,
Still checking things out on the new old Bambi. A p.o. had installed some wood trim around the bed/couch frames and the closet. I haven't taken it off yet - still debating whether to keep it or not. It's covering where a door hinge may have been attached at the closet. Was there ever a door there or was it open and/or was there a curtain there ? I've attached a photo.

Take a look at this sites photo archives. If you look at photos of 61/62/63 it may give you some ideas. The folding doors in this one look like they could be original but they are 1961. Enjoy.....

The site you sent is great. Some have the door, some curtains and some are open. I'll check it out a bit closer to see if I can find some harware attachement holes.
