'61 Bambi Exterior Segments

A friend has a 61 Bambi that was crunched when a storage shed gave way do to excessive snow load.
The big question is what trailer from the early 60's would have segments that would work on the 61 Bambi? For some reason the Bambi segments are longer than those on other 60's trailers. I know some of you will cringe at the thought of using a donor to save a Bambi .
I know someone will have the answers. Feel free to chime in.

FYI... The 1960 to 1693 Bambi segments on the end-caps are not the same with any other end-cap segments of trailers built at that time. The front end-cap is very close, if you unrivet the bottom two segments and then cut out a wedge and rerivet the segments back together. It is very close but still not fully correct! The rear end-caps however are a "one trailer only!" To maintain higher head room the rear end-caps are not "sloped back" and are more rounder than the other larger trailers of the time! The rear window of a Bambi is also different than any other trailer of that time making the segments different too.

The best way, however very costly, is to fix the end-caps by hand. This can run up to $300 per segment, so you can see it can add up very quickly!

Good Luck!
