1963 Bambi Emblems

Hi I am just finishing up a 1963 bambi and I could not find any emblems good enough to dawn my trailer. So I decided to make some for myself I make bronze statues so these where a piece of cake. what do you think?

shinytincans, I sent you a message a few weeks ago through ebay for your listing there. I need a Caravel logo. You responded to my message, but I have been very busy lately and haven't responded back to you yet. I still need a Caravel logo and am still interested. If we can agree on a price I can send you my old logo. The old one was broken and I re-welded it but it will probably break again (why I need a new one). I like the bronze look of yours! PM me with a price and let me know if you can make one for me. If so where do I send my old one?

Thank you, have a good vacation. I have the first Bambi and my trailer does not have the logo. Did they come with one on each side? If not only need one....

busbuoy, my 61 did not come with emblems either. My trailer came to me all original, so I don't think they were standard then.

wow you are lucky to own the first ever Bambi busbuoy. Of all the Bambi's I have worked on over the years they usually just had one by the door. But as grayling said such an early trailer may not have had one. let me know if you still want me to make one for you thanks.

Yes I would like one as I can find a place inside to display it until such time as I find anything different about whether it actually came with one. I heard somewhere that Airstream made the smaller trailers during the off season when the sales and better profits from the larger trailers had tapered off. Maybe it took awhile for marketers to add the decal. It is very cool and better than the modern painted oval sign they later used.

I have been trying to figure out the best way to get a TradeWind emblem made for my new '61. It is broken and the "Trade" is missing. Can you assist? Your Bambi emblem is AWESOME (I am very thankful my Bambi emblem was in one piece!)
