1962 Bambi - Refrigerator

I just purchased a 1962 Bambi that is in great condition. I removed the fridge and need to replace it. I believe it is the original one....Dometic MC 16, gas only! Does anybody know what option(s) I have to replace it, gas and electric (110V).
Thanks!

There is a dometic replacement chart that may help
http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...SSC6c0f09fXB0Q

If that super long link doesn't work just search for Dometic replacement chart.

Thanks Rick. This was very helpful. Another member has a replacement fridge that he is not using, so I will be buying it! Case closed...on to the next!

Thanks for the info. Looks like it is taller than mine by 7 inches...Do you have the stove on top of yours?

Did you have to cut vent holes in floor? I read where newer refers require more heat venting.....my Bambi has a solid access door in rear although I see some with a vented/louvered rear access door...

I didn't cut vent holes in the floor. May be I should....I have used it on 110V already and there was no heating problem. I am not really planning to use it on LP. Cutting vents shouldn't be that difficult and now that you brought it up, I think I will, It can't hurt....
