Yes

Hi, my brother has an SOB class A motorhome on a Workhorse chassis; He had the same problem, and the fix is an updated ignition switch, an updated pigtail/wire harness/connector, and most importantly a relay to carry the load. The relay carries the load, that in time, overloads the ignition switch and it's connector. So if you just replace the switch and/or the connector, you didn't fix the problem. [RELAY]

GM/Workhorse

Contact a GM store that is an authorized Workhorse repair facility. They should be able to supply the parts and do the up-grade.

Finally got a hold of Workhorse, they said its the AC blower motor, that the body builder hooks up to the ignition. The switch is rated at 40amps and the blower draws 30 when it is running on high.
