What is this

Hello
the transmission is placed, works wonders, but now I have another problem is that when I put in D Argosy this as braking, moves forward when I go up to 3000 rpm and with a lot of vibration, now strange when I put it in reverse works perfect,
I found two things that are not, someone can help me to serve?
I adhere two photos here (hope it works)
Thank you
Herman

Herman,

The pictures are to small to see any detail. Try posting larger pictures.

Does the heavy black cable go to the carburetor? If so then it is definitely part of the cruise control system.

On the Classic motorhomes the door bell buzzers are located in a side compartment on the drivers side. Neither of those devices shown above are in the side compartment.
