Waterpump Reconnoiter

My 91 350 LE got hot on the last trip thru the Eastern Continental Divide. I want to change out the water pump and everything associated with cooling on this coach.
Does anyone here know if I need to order a short or long and clockwise or counter clockwise pump? When I look up the part it shows both as choices. The belts and hoses and thermostat I have sourced. Steve
