Rear A/C bracket

My rear A/C bracket seems to be missing. Ive struggled to find a source. they seemed to use the same one for years. It was made by ARA Manufacturing Company for GM.

ARA part number 7045873
GM part number 14100873

Has anyone managed to find a source for this part?

thanks
Nick

Nick,

If you can find a picture of what it looks like that would sure help. I've got most if not all of the A/C mounting components I removed from the 86 345 somewhere up in the barn.

This is a link to a drawing of the compressor and mounting hardware, which shows the specific part Nick is looking for.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the speedy response. It is the compressor brace (item 3) in the picture, with associated ARA and GM 14100873 part numbers.

All pictures and codes from the 1991 Chevrolet Motorhome chassis service guide.

I have emailed a couple of Chevy truck dealers, but to be honest, a couple of hours researching this today has suggested it is OOS (old old stock) which I need to look for.

thanks
Nick

Sorry for the crappy pictures, it is part 3 in the last one, the brace.

When I go up to the barn tonight to feed Tommy I'll see if I can find the AC hardware.

Yes! If you are amenable to a sale, please would you PM me your price. I would, of course, refund all shipping costs on top of that.

Best rgrds
Nick
