Your best bet is going to be taking the hoses to a good parts store and having them match them up.
The other thing I've found is the newer parts stores like Advance, Pep-Boys, etc who rely on kids to look parts up generally have a tough time if you're not looking for a part for a Honda Civic. Find a place with someone thats been behind the counter for 30 years and you'll find your hoses!
