proper GATES fan belt part number

im looking for the CORRECT part number for GATES fan belts for my 1982, 310 turbo diesel. i replaced mine along with some other things while i had the front end apart but im now wondering if they are the proper ones. they look like they are just fine as far as length but they may be a little narrow. i was reading a post yesterday that referenced the belts and it said they should be 3/4 inch wide and the ones that i installed are only 1/2 inch wide. im not sure if that makes a big difference but i want the RIGHT ones on there before i put this all back together. soooooo, DAN, or someone else if you could shoot me the coorect number for gates belts for the isuzu 6bd1 i would much appreciate. or another brand and i can cross reference. thanks so much folks. i did search "fan belts" on this forum and found a bunch of info on the 454 but didnt find anything on the isuzu. its probably in there somewhere but i couldnt find it.

The Isuzu part no. is 1136711430. That number is for two matched belts. The belt is a metric 17x1220 mm which is between 5/8" and 3/4" wide and about 48" long. Here is a reference SPB1200 Metric V-Belt - $8.00
Actually a SPB1220 might be closer to the belt sold by Hamilton which is actually made by Mitsubishi.

DO NOT USE the 1/2" belts. After several hundred miles they will start to squeal and slip and run hot and cause nothing but trouble. A proper belt will a little high in the groove. If the top of the belt is below the outer edge of the pulley it is too narrow. DO NOT USE!!!

i couldnt find a supplier for the 1220mm length, i kept finding 1200mm or 1250mm. i went with the 1200mm and it will work but it was really tight getting on even with the adjusting all the way to the shortest position. it will work but i would get a bit longer one when i order more, i think i would try the 1250mm in length.
