For the record, the pic of the reaming of the primary shaft bushings is not the way I did it...
I looked at the reamer supplied... and realised that I could no way hold the reamer true and square enough by hand....
It occured to me that if I put the reamer in backward, the shank would guide it thru very accurately... But the shank was not long enough to pass thru the body...
Therefore, I would have to hold the normal "Business End" of the with the drill chuck, and spin it backward!
It worked great and I was feeling very clever and pleased with myself!
On throwing the packaging away, I felt something in the corner...

Reading them retrospectively... it explains that I did it correctly!
Now looking at the color I painted the carb... I am thinking Black would have been cooler...
If I dont change my mind...
Tomorrow I will get it all put back together!
