I must admit that I haven't read the entire thread here but I too am looking for a set of keys for our trailer. I have another set but it's not the complete set. I'm missing keys for the battery boxes and 2 storage doors. So I have a set for the main door/deadbolt, water and that's about it. If I call the locksmith, won't it make sense to key all the locking compartments the same other than the main door? Is that possible?

Still haven't found them. But I have to admit something; this evening I was buying some last minute groceries at Krogers and went through the self checkout line. I got all the way to the door of the store before I realized that I left me BRAND NEW set of keys on the checkout counter!

That would have certainly re-qualified me for dumb-A of the month.

I better make ten sets and place them all around my house, office, cars and the Airstream.

Rich - you can re-key everything but it goes much more smoothly if you have the old keys so you can open and remove the old locksets. I've considered it many times as it takes six different keys to open or operate everything on my 345.

Ahem....found them today. In the house, in the dining room on a day bed under a pillow (one of my three year old's "secret" hiding places).

Well at least now I have a spare set.

Really would have rather not found them...but I knew they would turn up as soon as I started drilling out the old ones.

Grrrrrrrrrrrr!

You'll also know where else to look next time!

Gotta love those three-year-olds!

Body piercing like an ear lobe to hang the main key from. Would look cool and could catch on.
