Alan, the name "Prayer Wagon" comes about as a result of prayers being said for the recently departed who rode this coach for 20 years to their final resting place. I figured that lots of prayers where said in this coach on the way to the cemetary.

The name "Airstream One" comes from the color combination and the new "presidential" logo going on the nose quarters soon.

Patrick, great post on the ignition module. I had a 454 Suburban back in 1978 that didn't get around the corner from the dealership brand new! The fix at the dealership in London Ontario didn't do the job, and all the way to Ft. Lauderdale it would cut off complete power when hot. The crack in the solid state ciruit would open when hot and we'd stop a while. Took a real thinker at a Texaco garage to finally fix it. To my great relief.
